Level Control and Signaling Device UKS-2

Purpose

Level control and signaling device UKS-2 is designed for automation of technological processes related to electrically conductive liquid level control in tanks, settling tanks and other reservoirs.

Application Area

Food, chemical, enrichment and other industries.

Principle of Operation

The operating principle of device UKS-2 is based on converting electrical resistance of the circuit between conductometric sensor electrodes into a relay output signal and LED indication activation. One of the electrodes can be the metal wall of the tank in which the sensors are installed.

Product Composition

Device UKS-2 consists of a converter and four conductometric sensors. For signaling and controlling technological equipment, the converter has four electromagnetic relays, each of which is activated when controlled liquid appears between sensor electrodes.

Advantages

Ability to control not only liquid level in tanks, but also presence of liquid in trays as a result of tank overflow
High reliability
No moving parts
